Studio Session 3.1
The piece is unrecognizable now—and that brings both grief and awe. I miss what it was, even though I knew then it wasn’t finished. This session is about honoring the becoming—mine and the painting’s. Horizon is still unfolding, and while I want completion, I’m learning to savor the process instead of rushing it. The unknown is hard and humbling, but it’s also where the magic lives. These big works carry my devotion, my expansion, and remind me that art is a mirror: as the painting becomes, so do I.
