ReEnter Nature

A Future Installation + Developing Collection

In Progress

The Collection

“When we blur our eyes, the edges dissolve. What if the boundary between self and landscape dissolved the same way?”
Re-Enter Nature is the seed of a future immersive installation — a space where painting becomes environment, and environment becomes presence. Through layers of metal leaf, paper, paint, and mother-of-pearl, these works explore what happens when the viewer and the viewed dissolve into one another.

Each piece in this developing collection serves as both a standalone artwork and a prototype — an early study for a full-scale installation that invites you to walk through light, distance, and reflection until the separation between humans and nature disappears.

The Vision

Imagine entering a gallery where the walls shimmer like light itself.

You walk through suspended veils of translucent mother-of-pearl — clouds made tactile.

The paintings that once held sky and distance now expand into space, surrounding you in a slow dissolving of horizon. You walk in rooms bathed in the reflective light of sunset through walls covered in silver leaf, gold leaf, and thin paper veils.

Each step brings you closer to a truth: you were never separate. The exhibit ends with you stepping through a threshold into the outdoors, to ReEnter right relationship with nature.

This installation envisions that moment --when perception softens through art and play, and overflows into your lived real life experience with nature,  not as observer, but as participant.
